Victoria Institution (College) being one of the prime institutes of higher learning for women is a result of the Bengal Renaissance. It is housed in the residential quarters of Brahmananda Keshub Chandra Sen, a visionary social reformer, and a foremost educationist. Heritage club was formed to constructively engage the students of this institution with the rich past of this college so that they can take forward the legacy.
- Objectives :
- • To encourage students in taking a serious interest towards the history and heritage value of the college.
- • Enabling students with the practice and skill of digital archiving.
- • To develop a repository of knowledge for future researchers interested in the life and contributions of Brahmananda Keshub Chandra Sen and Bengal Renaissance in general.
