As in the most educational institutions, the Office of Victoria Institution (College) is also primarily divided into three sections: The Accounts Section, the Students’ Affair and the Students’ Corner. The Accounts Section looks after collection of fees from students, disbursement of staff salary and maintains all other financial expenditures, earnings and accounts of the college. The Students' Affair undertakes to maintain the link between the students and the University of Calcutta. This section notifies the students regarding the admission rules, university examinations, publication of results and related matters. Lastly, the students receive their certificates from the Students’ Corner. The office functions under the overall supervision and guidance of the present Teacher-in-Charge of the college.
Various scholarship programmes like the Kanyashree Scheme (under the aegis of the Government of West Bengal) is also looked after by the office. Similarly, disbursement of the West Minority Development Corporation is carried out by the office
Although Victoria Institution (College) enrols students under Morning and Day sections respectively, the office does not have a separated set of staff for each section. Students get most of the services during the official working hours of the day section.
