The Women's Cell of Victoria Institution (College) actively engages in empowering and supporting female students through various initiatives. From organizing awareness campaigns to conducting workshops on women's health and safety, the cell strives to create a secure and inclusive environment.

  • Promote gender equality and create awareness about women's rights within the college community.
  • Provide support and assistance to female students, faculty, and staff members in addressing issues related to harassment, discrimination, and gender-based violence.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on topics such as women's health, safety, and empowerment.
  • Serve as a resource centre for information, counseling, and guidance on gender-related concerns and issues.
  • Collaborate with external organizations and agencies to advocate for women's rights and create a safe and inclusive campus environment for all genders
